Richmond Place Townhouses Planned Development and Preliminary Subdivision at approximately 2965 S Richmond Street
A request by Johnsen and Allphin Properties LLC for Planned Development and Preliminary Subdivision approval for a proposed 9-unit townhouse project on a 0.83 acre parcel in the RMF- 30 (Low Density Multi-Family Residential) at the above listed property. Planned Development approval is required as the individual units would not front onto a public street and to allow an additional five feet of building height. Access to the site would be provided via a private road that connects to Richmond Street.

This proposal was approved by the Planning Commission on February 28, 2018.
