The property owner at 2346 South Park Street is requesting a Conditional Use to construct an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)  at this address.  The ADU will be a detached building located in the back yard.  The Conditional Use Standards, a description by the applicant, and an information sheet that outlines the project area clearly, can be found here.
