14 Apr Zoning Ordinance Definitions Cleanup
The Planning Division is considering updates to Part VI of Title 21A of the Zoning Ordinance. As a recognized community organization, you have 45 days from the date of this e-mail to provide comments on the proposed petition. The 45-day period ends on May 19, 2023.
Attached to this email is a formal letter requesting your comments and a draft of 21A.62, which will be amended to remove terms and definitions no longer used in the ordinance; correct or clarify definitions; consolidate terms that have the same definition; and update outdated language or definitions. 21A.60 is proposed to be removed from the ordinance altogether as it is just a list of defined terms. Please let me know if you would like a copy of this draft. Additional modifications may be made to other sections of 21A Zoning for consistency.
