Jed Mathews owns The Bean Whole with his wife and their business has been open for 9 years now. In our first #SugarHouseStrong video, Erika Wiggins interviews him to learn how they’ve had to adjust due to COVID-19.

Mathews mainly offers single origin coffees, however one item that shouldn’t be missed is the nitro cold brew or the cold brew concentrate.

When COVID-19 hit there was panic, however Mathews kept in mind they were going to have to adapt to keep people comfortable. There is no longer a tasting room or seating area inside the store, however orders can be made online at TheBeanWhole.com plus curbside pickups are available.

The Bean Whole is open on Saturdays from 8:00am – 2:00pm. Although there is no seating inside, it is still possible to order at the counter and enjoy a hot fresh coffee outside or take it to-go. Jed knows that coffee is essential, and wants customers to be both safe and satisfied!
