This project was approved by the planning commission.
We have received a proposal for the “Roof Gardens by Sego Homes.” This proposal will consist of 5 single-family attached luxury town homes. They will be located at 2594 S 800 East.
This project will be presented at the November 21st Land Use & Zoning committee meeting at the Sprague Library at 6:00 pm. It will also be presented in a shorter time frame at the December 7th general SHCC meeting at Sprague Library at 7:00 pm.
