In this episode, Erika Wiggins interviews Molly Kohrman owner of Brownies, Brownies, Brownies! which has been open for about a year and a half now. While all of their brownies are delicious, one that Molly highly recommends is the Raz-Brownie which is raspberry cheesecake in the middle of two brownies. 

When COVID-19 came along Molly said business was the same as usual for a couple days, however, as cases started to rise, it became very scary not knowing how long the store could stay open. As Health Department regulations became more restrictive, it was hard to figure out how to safely sell brownies. But adaptations were made so the community could enjoy brownies once again.

 One way of purchasing brownies is to order online where you can choose flavors you want and the box size. When picking up, customers can either enter the store (with your face mask on) or you can call for curbside delivery. Yes folks…drive-through brownies! Lastly, you can walk right into the shop (wearing a mask) and order on the spot.
