This is a proposal to build a 650 square foot ADU over a detached garage in the rear yard at 2900 South 900 East. There are two parking spaces in the garage with two more in the driveway. Here is the notification we received from the city. We were also given a second notice, with the Standards for Conditional Uses. Here are the plans for this garage with an ADU above.
