This is a conditional use request for an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) in the rear yard of a corner lot. This lot is in the R1/7000 zone. The proposed ADU would be two-stories and 602 square feet. The existing house is 20’6″ tall. The parking space for the ADU will be on the street. There will be a public hearing before the Planning Commission to review the project.

This will be reviewed at the Sugar House Community Council Land Use and Zoning meeting Monday January 13 at 6:oo to 6:30 p.m. at The Sugar House Legacy, 1212 East Wilmington Avenue, on the 5th floor Fairmont Room. The petitioner and planner will be there so you can get your questions answered.
