This is a proposal to construct a new detached accessory structure that contains an Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at 2250 South 1800 East. The structure will have a footprint of 640 square feet, and would be approximately 17′ in height. The dwelling would contain 1 bedroom, 1 1/2 baths, a kitchen and living areas.
The proposal will be reviewed by the Land Use and Zoning Committee of the Sugar House Community Council on Monday, June 17, at 6:00 pm, at the Sugar House Legacy, 1212 Wilmington Avenue 5th floor Fairmont Room. Please come so you can review the plans and ask questions of the petitioner.
